Golden Turmeric Milk 2 cups Almond or Coconut Milk 1 Tbsp Coconut oil 1 tsp Ground Turmeric 1 tsp Ground Ginger 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon dash of pepper Bring all ingredients to the boil in a saucepan stirring as you do so, reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes, strain and add 1 Tbsp coconut syrup, raw honey, xylitol or sweetener of your choice ????
