Try this super simple recipe, it’s great for little kids and big adult kids too ????
KIWI CHOCO STICKS
Kiwis sliced thickly
1/2 cup Raw Cacao powder
4 Tbsp Coconut oil
1tsp Vanilla extract
2 Tbsp Coconut syrup or sweetener of your choice
Blend all ingredients except kiwi and either keep raw or heat in a double broiler (you can melt down a bar of cacao and mix with coconut oil if you don’t wish to make it from scratch). Stir frequently.
Insert sticks into the kiwi slices far enough to hold the fruit without piercing through the other end and freeze to secure.
Dip kiwi (or fruit of choice) slices into melted chocolate, and stand up on a pierced egg crate until chocolate is cooled. You can also dip in crushed nuts or coconut flakes for extra coating options.
Refrigerate or freeze depending on when you wish to serve. Enjoy ????
