Muesli (large batch)
1 cup Raw Almonds
1 cup Raw Walnuts
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
3 Tbsp Dried Cranberries (optional)
1 Tbsp Flaxseeds
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp Gluten free Oats (optional)
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup dedicated Coconut
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
1 cup yogurt of your choice
1/4 cup blueberries
Coconut Syrup (optional)
Make a big batch of Muesli by combining the ingredients in a lunch box. Layer the muesli, natural yogurt of your choice(I love coconut) and blueberries in a glass to serve. Drizzle with coconut syrup to sweeten (optional)
