In 2002, I completed my first intense cleansing program and it moved mountains for me, I was in a state of pure euphoria. After completion of my cleanse, it was as if I was divinely possessed, I had found my purpose, I fell madly in love with holistic living and fully immersed myself, dedicating my life to learning as much as possible about wellness.
This intrinsic motivation continued to flow over the next decade and led me on a journey to merge my passion for wellness with a way to better serve others. In 2012, after a persistent, arduous, challenging yet enthralling journey, I fulfilled my dreams and launched Amity Wellness retreats in Phuket, Thailand.
My vision was to inspire holistic change and empower a life of vitality for all of our clients using trusted self-care protocols and optimal nutritional strategies

I was proudly able to compliment and support my passion by becoming a Nutritional Therapist, specialising in Gut Health and Detox Protocols. My post-graduate qualifications are in Functional Medicine and Health and Social Care Management and I’m currently working towards a Masters of Science in Health
I currently live and work remotely from Europe as a private Wellness Consultant and also support our wonderful Wellness Director Palida and the team of specialists at Amity Wellness.

Holistic health care is unique from other health and fitness programs because the emphasis is on every aspect that encompasses wellbeing and holistic health, including holistic nutrition, fitness, stress management, mind and body, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle choices, social and cultural influences, positivity and happiness. The goal is to restore the equilibrium of the body as a whole by cleansing the body physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
